Why we exist
Modern parents are doing the work of three people — and the usual options are all-or-nothing: a babysitter who only watches the kids, or a cleaner who only scrubs the floors. What most families need is someone for everything in between.
So that’s what we do. We match you with one trusted, background-checked Family & Home Manager who learns your list and quietly keeps life running — laundry, tidying, errands, meal prep, a hand with the little ones, and the dozens of small things that pile up. No rigid packages. Just help, shaped around your family.

The founder
Peach & Pine was founded by Megan O’Leary, a working mom of two in Fort Mitchell, Alabama. She built it to give local families a more trusted, more flexible kind of help — and personally interviews and vets every Family & Home Manager who joins the team.
