About
Hi, I’m Megan — and I built the help I couldn’t find.
I’m Megan O’Leary — wife, mom of two little boys, and the founder of Peach & Pine Co. My husband and I are raising our sons — almost 5 and 3½ — here in Fort Mitchell, Alabama, just across the river from Columbus. By day I lead commercial partnerships for a print-on-demand company, after years as a category buyer in fashion with Dollar Tree and JCPenney — work that’s carried our family to more than 30 countries and taught me that the right people and the right systems make everything run smoother.
Peach & Pine was born in my own kitchen. Between working full-time, two toddlers, a marriage I wanted to protect, and a house that never stopped needing me, something always had to give — and too often it was time with my family, or a few quiet minutes for myself.

Here’s the thing: I didn’t need childcare. I love being with my boys. What I needed was someone to handle everything else — the laundry, the dishes, the toys, the couch cushions, the closet I’d been shutting the door on for months — so I could actually be present instead of spending every weekend resetting the house.
When I went looking for that kind of help, I couldn’t find it. Everything out there was childcare — someone to play with my kids while I cleaned. I wanted the opposite. So I made a list of what I’d hand off in a heartbeat — laundry, dishes, tidying — and realized other moms were carrying the exact same invisible list. So I decided to build the service I wished existed.
I believe we were never meant to do this alone. A village isn’t a luxury — it’s how families are supposed to work. When you welcome a Peach & Pine helper into your home, I want you to feel relief, not guilt. No more “I should be doing this.” Just the freedom to take the shower, go to the gym, read the book, or simply sit down — knowing your home is in good hands.
And how we landed in the Chattahoochee Valley still feels like more than coincidence. My maiden name is Harris, and I grew up outside Columbus, Ohio on a street called River Road. When we searched the South for the right place to raise our boys, my husband spent one unplanned night in a hotel — in Columbus, Georgia, off River Road, in Harris County. He called me the next morning and we both knew. We feel God led us here, and we’re not going anywhere. These are our roots now — and Peach & Pine is how we’re putting them down and helping the families around us breathe a little easier.

You keep the kid time (if you want to)
Some days you want to be the one with your kids while we handle everything else. Other days you'd love a hand with the little ones, too. Either way, you decide — childcare can be part of it or not at all.
Personally trained by me
Every helper is interviewed, trialed, and trained in my own home before they ever step into yours.
