• When you request our Home Reset Checklist: your email address.

We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide our services.
• To evaluate and contact applicants.
• To send you the checklist or occasional updates you asked for.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How it is stored and who helps us

Your information is stored securely with our service providers — our database and file storage (Supabase) and our email provider (Resend) — who process it only to help us operate. Applicant photos and documents are kept secure and shared only with the people reviewing applications.

Your family’s privacy

Once you are a client, the way we handle your household information is also covered by your Client Service Agreement. We keep what you share confidential.

Children’s information

Our website is intended for parents and adults, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing care@hellopeachandpine.com.
